Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Alfamodo Lifestyle (“Alpha Mode”, “we”, “us”). They apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Alpha Mode and place orders.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date.

• We aim to display products, descriptions and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices at any time before you place an order.
• All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may be exclusive of taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.
• Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll notify you and offer a replacement or refund.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it and/or dispatch the items. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or a pricing error) and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store your full card details on our servers. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges that may apply to your order.

Some plans may be offered on a recurring (subscription) basis. Where they are, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period; unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We'll give reasonable notice of any price changes.

• We'll provide estimated delivery times at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect items on arrival and tell us promptly about any damage or errors.
• You are responsible for providing a correct, complete delivery address.

• You may return eligible, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery, unless the item is non-returnable (e.g. certain hygiene or personalised products).
• Once we receive and inspect a return, we'll process an approved refund to your original payment method. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable.
• If an item arrives faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with applicable consumer law.

Connecting a wearable or fitness service is optional. When you connect Strava, WHOOP, Garmin or Oura, you authorise us to access the relevant data through that provider's API solely to personalise your experience, as described in our Privacy Policy. You also agree to comply with the terms of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data or services, and you can disconnect any integration at any time.

Alpha Mode provides personalised training, recovery and nutrition recommendations, including AI-generated coaching. This content is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek professional guidance before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition. You use our recommendations at your own discretion and risk.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Scrape, copy or resell content without our written permission.
• Upload malicious code or infringe the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content on Alpha Mode, including branding, text, graphics, the knowledge graph, and software, is owned by or licensed to Alfamodo Lifestyle and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a licence to use it to operate and improve the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Mode and Alfamodo Lifestyle are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Mode and Alfamodo Lifestyle from claims, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Alfamodo Lifestyle operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We'll always try to resolve disputes informally first, so please contact us before taking any formal action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Alpha Mode after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
